A luxury villa comprising of 3 floors with a double bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a lounge and dining area, kitchen & utility on the first floor. The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite and a large lounge area. The third floor is the roof terrace or Solarium with barbeque and seating area.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard. There is a digital TV in upper lounge and a TV/DVD in the lower lounge.
Both lounges have air conditioning/heating units and all rooms have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have a hair dryer and there are washing and ironing facilities.

Nearest town of San Miguel is a 5 minute drive away. Alicante and Murcia airports are 45 and 30 minutes by car respectively.The villa is not suitable for elderly guests.
